My Mission as a B2B Sales Operator
Most SaaS founders are still the best seller in their company. That's a ceiling, not a compliment. My mission is to build B2B sales systems that let founders step back—where the team wins deals without the CEO on every call. I work with one company at a time because real sales transformation takes focus. I stay until the revenue system runs without me.

Ready to Build Your Sales System?
Let's discuss where you are, where you want to be, and whether I'm the right person to help you get there.
I work best with B2B SaaS companies doing $1M-$20M ARR who have product-market fit but haven't built a scalable revenue system yet. Typically, the founder is still the best (or only) seller, and they want to change that. PE-backed companies also bring me in post-acquisition to rebuild sales processes.
A full-time CRO makes sense when you're ready to scale what's already working. I'm the person who builds the system first. I help you define the process, prove it works, and set up your team to run it. After that, you might hire a full-time leader—or you might find your existing managers can handle it.
Most engagements run 6-12 months. The first phase is diagnosis and design—understanding your market, buyers, and current process. Then we build and test the new system on real deals. Finally, we document everything and transfer ownership to your team. I stay until the system is running independently.
Yes. I've worked with teams across Europe, UK, and North America. Time zones matter for collaboration, so I prefer some overlap with your core team hours. Async work handles the rest.
Even better. I work with your existing managers and reps to build systems together. They learn by doing. The process we create reflects their real experience, not just my frameworks. This makes adoption much faster than bringing in external training.
We define success metrics upfront: Win Rate improvements, deal size increases, pipeline coverage ratios, ramp time for new hires. I track these weekly and adjust the approach based on what's working. But the real measure is whether your team can run the system without me.
Engagements are structured as monthly retainers based on scope and time commitment. I'm happy to discuss specifics on a call once I understand your situation. I don't do hourly consulting—this work requires consistent involvement to produce results.
